Basic Qualifications
- Education: An associate's degree or higher.
- Experience: At least a year of experience in mortgage or client services.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability in detailed problem-solving.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced computer operations, including dual-screen management.
- Learning Ability: An eager learner receptive to feedback.
- Adaptability: Adaptable in a fast-evolving financial landscape.
- Work Ethic: Self-driven with a strong work ethic and accountability.
- Client Interaction: Experience in roles involving direct client interaction.
- Location: Open to working on-site in our vibrant Pontiac, MI office.
