Basic Qualifications

  • Education: An associate's degree or higher.
  • Experience: At least a year of experience in mortgage or client services.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability in detailed problem-solving.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced computer operations, including dual-screen management.
  • Learning Ability: An eager learner receptive to feedback.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable in a fast-evolving financial landscape.
  • Work Ethic: Self-driven with a strong work ethic and accountability.
  • Client Interaction: Experience in roles involving direct client interaction.
  • Location: Open to working on-site in our vibrant Pontiac, MI office.
