Are you a high-level Full-Stack Engineer with experience owning complex products, building scalable platforms, and working across React, Node.js, Supabase, Vercel, or similar modern technologies within an AI environment?

Are you looking to help scale a complex AI platform from 1–10 within a Founding Engineer-style role that offers genuine ownership, technical influence, and the opportunity to shape a rapidly evolving product as enterprise adoption grows?

This is an opportunity to join one of the most exciting emerging players within Agentic AI, building enterprise outbound AI communication systems at scale. Backed by over $50M in funding and already progressing toward a future Series C raise with major VC backing, the company is positioning itself to become a category leader within AI voice and chat infrastructure.

You’ll take ownership of the company’s core AI platform which is a sophisticated voice and chat infrastructure consisting of 51+ integrated products and systems used to build, test, and deploy enterprise AI agents and digital workers. You’ll help shape technical direction, scale architecture, work closely with customers, and eventually help grow the engineering capability underneath you.

The Person:

• Strong React experience
• Strong Node.js backend development experience
• Experience with Supabase, Vercel, and modern cloud infrastructure
• Conversational AI / Agentic AI experience
• Experience owning complex technical products or platforms
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing ability
• Ambitious mindset suited to high-performance startup environments
• Wants ownership, influence, and technical leadership responsibility

The Role:

• Join a fast-growing, VC-backed AI startup building outbound Agentic AI systems
• Own the company’s core voice and chat AI platform
