Job Description

Position Overview

As an entry-level Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Analyst, you will complete ongoing SEO tasks for an assigned group of dealerships. You will perform technical optimizations, on-site content improvements, new content creation, citation management and cleanup, and link building outreach. This full-time, salaried, remote role requires candidates to reside in the continental U.S. (eastern or central time zones highly preferred), and involves both client-facing and internal communication along with detailed SEO reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, identify, and manage SEO programs and organic search opportunities
  • Develop and deliver clear SEO KPIs to attain improved SERP rankings and traffic growth
  • Create and implement specific page-level and site-wide SEO recommendations
  • Execute strategic SEO activities including keyword research, link-building, page indexing, crawling, and site structure analysis
  • Prepare detailed and routine analysis and reporting of SEO KPIs
  • Conduct technical site analysis and compile audits with best practice recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or a related field) or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in an SEO-focused role with proven results
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with tools such as Screaming Frog and Google Analytics, along with data analysis skills
  • Strong content writing and copy-editing abilities
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of the automotive digital marketing industry and automotive website platforms
  • Experience with WordPress CMS
  • Experience with Local SMB SEO
  • Prior experience in link building outreach
