Job Description

Driving strategy and execution for oncology products, the full-time remote Global Marketing Director will maximize asset value, develop global launch strategies, and provide commercial guidance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive commercial strategy based on deep insights into customers, competitors, and market dynamics for key oncology indications
  • Contribute to global marketing activities and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials aligned with organizational goals
  • Communicate the commercial vision for the assigned brand and disease-state, applying market insights to enhance program value

Required Qualifications

  • Doctorate degree: 4 years of marketing experience, or Master's degree: 7 years, or Bachelor's degree: 9 years of marketing experience
  • Experience in developing and implementing global marketing strategies for pipeline products in the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Strong background in oncology therapeutic areas, particularly with solid tumors and immuno-oncology
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and apply market insights to inform commercial strategies
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global, matrix environment
