Here, “impossible” isn’t part of our vocabulary. You’ll face some of the toughest but most rewarding challenges of your career. They’re worth it. Channeling your inner grit will accelerate your growth, help us win as a team, and create unforgettable moments for our customers.

The Crown Is Yours

As a Bilingual Marketing QA Operations Associate, you will lead QA execution and support day-to-day operations across all DraftKings verticals and marketing channels, focusing on English and Spanish-language content. You'll ensure that every campaign meets regulatory requirements, follows best practices, and delivers an exceptional and culturally resonant experience to our Spanish-speaking audience.

What you’ll do as a Bilingual Marketing QA Operations Associate

  • Own and execute QA reviews of CRM campaigns and marketing assets in both English and Spanish to ensure accuracy, proper rendering, and compliance with channel best practices and state/federal regulations across all jurisdictions.
  • Ensure Spanish-language content reflects accurate translations, consistent DraftKings voice and tone, and is culturally appropriate and impactful for Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies quickly.
  • Assist with documentation and continuous improvement of QA processes, SOPs, and team tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve QA efficiency through tooling (e.g., Braze, Jira, Airtable), automation, or workflow enhancements.
  • Monitor key QA and operations metrics, including error rates; provide regular reports and proactively flag issues.
  • Share trends and recurring errors with marketing stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
  • Participate in an on-call escalation schedule, including occasional weekend and holiday availability as needed.
  • Help onboard new team members and contribute to internal training materials.

What you’ll bring

  • Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience or demonstrated ability to evaluate Spanish-language marketing content for brand tone, clarity, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Familiarity with QA tools, marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Jira, Confluence, Airtable) or basic data analysis is a plus.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and consistently deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • A passion for sports and/or the gaming industry is a plus.
