Hospice Sales Recruiter, Local Contract- Remote Recruiter, Atlanta, GHA, 13 weeks -37128607

Remote Monday - Friday, 8a-5p CST.

Duties:
Job Summary:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 sales openings within an assigned region.
- Lead intake calls with hiring managers to align on role expectations and interview strategy.
- Create and execute strategic sourcing campaigns, including cold calling, text/email blasts, database mining, direct mail, and networking.
- Screen and interview candidates, documenting insights in the ATS and submitting qualified applicants for review.
- Coordinate interviews, deliver candidate feedback, and partner on offer negotiations.
- Provide weekly recruitment updates to hiring managers and regional leaders.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to forecast staffing needs and improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Maintain applicant tracking and compliance documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
-Sales Recruiter:
- Full life cycle recruitment (i.e. sourcing to making offer).
- Hovers around 10-20 openings.
- Lot of LinkedIn and networking experience.
- Prefer they have experience recruiting for sales positions.
-Healthcare Recruiter:
- Front cycle recruitment (i.e. sourcing to setting up the interviews. Our leaders make the offer).
- Hovers around 40-60 openings.
- Prefer they have experience recruiting for clinical positions (i.e. RN, LPN, Social Workers).
Skills:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience within healthcare.
- Demonstrated success in a metrics-driven recruiting environment.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and CRM/texting tools.
- Strong ability to engage with and influence senior leadership.
- Proven experience reviewing resumes and executing high-volume sourcing strategies.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize multiple requisitions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Deep understanding of candidate experience, employment law, and recruitment compliance.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- For Sales Recruiter, prefer they have experience recruiting for sales positions.
- For Healthcare Recruiter, prefer they have experience recruiting for clinical positions (i.e. RN, LPN, Social Workers).
