    <li>Ability to create vector and raster images from scratch</li>
    <li>Familiarity with Canva</li>
    <li>Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color, alignment, layout, hierarchy)</li>
    <li>Understanding of branding and the ability to build and follow Brand Guidelines</li>
    <li>Strong communication skills; comfortable speaking in meetings</li>
    <li>Portfolio required (school projects are welcome)</li>
    <li>Self-starter capable of working independently</li>
