Job Description

Position Overview

This remote role is designed for passionate Inside Loan Agents who handle 100% inbound calls from qualified home shoppers. If you live near Dallas or Austin (within 31 miles of the office), on-site work is required. You will leverage modern tools—from advanced CRMs and LOS systems to rapid mobile applications—to quickly process and lock loans while building strong customer relationships. Enjoy a competitive Compensation package with a base pay range of $75,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year, along with bonus opportunities, commissions, and tiered incentives designed to support your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and leverage customer relationships with both existing and potential borrowers.
  • Analyze customers' financial situations and advise on the appropriate loan products.
  • Excel in a fast-paced call center environment by multitasking, following up with multiple customers, and managing multiple files daily.
  • Accept and manage multiple live, qualified inbound leads.
  • Lock loans at the point of sale, request initial documents, and submit paperless loan packages to production staff.
  • Structure and price loans accurately.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' full-time loan origination experience; call center background preferred.
  • Proven ability to structure and price loans correctly and accurately.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).
  • Valid NMLS DBO license is required; additional state NMLS licenses are a plus.
  • Ability to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
